The questions you are already asking
No hidden clauses, no "it depends" without an explanation.
No, and that is not what I do. The manual work that eats up the team's days goes to the system: retyping data, answering the same question twenty times, laying out the same quote. People go back to talking with clients, deciding, selling, solving the real cases.
A tool you buy, set up on your own, and then adapt to the way it thinks. I do the opposite: I look at how you already work today, with your emails, your spreadsheets, your ERP, and build a system around that. The system adapts to you, not you to it.
Honestly: it depends, because every system is different. There is no price list because it would be a made-up number: it comes from what is really needed, and I only understand that by looking at your processes. If it makes no sense for you, I will be the first to say so.
Your data stays yours and stays where you decide. I work on the systems you already use and design every flow in line with the GDPR: I only process what the process needs. No data of your company becomes "mine".
Almost always yes, and that is the whole point. I am not here to replace your ERP, your CRM or the spreadsheets the company runs on: I connect them. If one is too closed, I tell you right away and find the most sensible alternative.
I do the process analysis: I ask you to show me how you work, not to write documents. A first flow can be live in a few weeks; reorganising a whole department takes longer. I do not promise deadlines I cannot keep.
Everything stays yours. The system I build is yours, the data is yours, the access is yours. I leave you the documentation of how it works. No hostages, no ransoms. I stay as long as you need me, not until you can no longer do without me.
